2 FREE Tickets For The Key West Express – Join Me In Key Crazy!

Put your bartender hats on Castaways, it’s time to get creative!

I  partnered up with the Key West Express to give away 2 tickets aboard this vessel of freedom. What is the Key West Express? The Key West Express is a the only ferry service from Fort Myers Florida to Key West. They have two large high speed vessels that will get you to Key West in about 3.5 hours so you can enjoy the magic of this southern most island. It’s a great experience, plus they have an on board bar. Win Win!

Contest details, here we go. Being that today is our regularly scheduled Boat Drinks day, and we are all looking forward to enjoying a boat drink or two on the Key West Express boat, let’s do a cocktail contest.

Linda from the Key West Express and I would like you to invent a new cocktail for the boat. Come up with a clever name, list out the ingredients and tell us how to mix it. Linda and myself will pick the 3 finalists, then we will have a live vote on Facebook. The winner will receive 2 free tickets to go to Key West from Fort Myers aboard the Key West Express and have their drink served at the bar on the boats.

You can place your newly created cocktail recipes below in the comment section or on the RumShopRyan Facebook page. We will select the winner next Wednesday, July 13th.

We would idealy like the winner to take the boat down to Key West with me this month on the 21st for the Hemingway Days Festival in Key West. Yes that’s only two weeks away and it might be hard to make travel plans that quickly. Linda will make your tickets good for a calendar year in case you can’t make it on the 21st.

If you can make it on the 21st I would love to meet you, take pictures, and enjoy your newly invented cocktail from the Key West Express bar!

There you have it Castaways, invent a cocktail and you could be going to Key West!  Come up with a great drink name that somehow relates to Key West or getting there, give us the ingredients and tell us how to prepare it. Easy Squeezy!
